Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Find answers to the most common questions about FoxForm below.

Can I have more than one form in the same workspace?

Yes. There is no fixed limit on the number of forms you can create within a single workspace. You can create and manage multiple forms from the Forms page in your dashboard. Each form is independent and can have its own settings, design, and integrations.

My form went offline — what could have happened?

There are a few reasons a form may stop being publicly accessible:

  • You unpublished it manually — check the form status in the editor. If it shows "Draft" instead of "Published," click Share and republish it.
  • Your plan limit was reached — if your workspace has exceeded the response limit for your current plan and the plan does not support overages, the form may be paused. Check Settings → Billing & Plans to review your usage.
  • A temporary issue — try refreshing your browser or reopening the form link. If the problem persists, contact FoxForm support.

How do I share my form on social media?

  1. Open your form in the editor.
  2. Click the Share button in the top-right corner.
  3. Copy the Shareable Link from the dialog.
  4. Paste the link into your social media post on the platform of your choice (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook).

FoxForm forms are optimized for sharing — respondents can fill them out directly from their browser on any device without installing anything.

I can't find my responses — what should I do?

If your form responses are not showing up, try the following:

  1. Open the form in the editor and click the Results tab.
  2. Make sure your form has been published and that respondents have actually submitted it (not just opened it).
  3. Check if any filters are applied that might be hiding responses.
  4. If your plan includes limited response storage, verify that you have not exceeded your retention window.
  5. If you still cannot find your responses, contact FoxForm support with your form name and approximate submission dates.

Is it possible to use a custom domain?

Custom domain support is coming soon. In the current version of FoxForm, all forms are served under the default domain forms.foxform.app. You can customize the URL slug (the part after the domain) in Settings within the form editor.

How do I contact support?

You can reach the FoxForm support team by clicking the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of the FoxForm dashboard. A support agent or AI assistant will be available to help you.
