Getting Started with FoxForm

What is FoxForm?

FoxForm is an intelligent form builder that lets you create beautiful, conversational forms — similar to Typeform. Instead of showing all questions at once, FoxForm presents them one at a time, making the experience feel natural and keeping respondents engaged.

Use FoxForm to build lead capture forms, surveys, quizzes, registration flows, and more — all without writing a single line of code.

Creating Your Account and Accessing Your Workspace

To get started, go to dashboard.foxform.app and sign up for a free account. Once you confirm your email, you'll land directly in your workspace — the central hub where all your forms live.

The sidebar on the left gives you access to:

• Forms — your list of forms
• Settings — account, organization, and billing preferences

Creating Your First Form

Follow these steps to build your first form:

1. From the Forms page, click + Create form in the top-right corner.
2. A new form will open in the builder, showing a left panel called Screens and a live Preview in the center.
3. Your form starts with a default Welcome screen. Click on it in the left panel to edit the title, description, and button text.
4. Click + Add screen at the bottom of the left panel to add questions.

Adding Fields and Questions

When you click + Add screen, a dialog appears with all available screen types:

Flow Screens control the form structure:

• Welcome — the intro screen with a title, description, and start button
• End — the final screen shown after submission, with a closing message or CTA

Question Screens collect data from your respondents:

• Short Text, Long Text, Number, Email, Phone, Dropdown, Checkboxes, Multiple Choice, Yes/No, Website URL, and more

Click any screen type to add it instantly to your form flow. Then click it in the left panel to configure its Question, Description, Placeholder, and whether it is Required.

Publishing and Sharing Your Form

Once your form is ready:

1. Click Save (top-right) to save your latest changes.
2. Click Share (top-right) to open the sharing dialog.
3. You'll see a Shareable Link like https://forms.foxform.app/your-form-slug — click Copy to copy it.
4. You can also copy the Embed Code to add the form directly to your website.

The status badge next to your form name will show Published when your form is live and collecting responses.
