# Integrations (Connect)

FoxForm's **Connect** section allows you to link your forms with external tools and services. When a new response is submitted, FoxForm can automatically send that data to another platform — no manual exports needed.

## What Are Integrations?

Integrations connect FoxForm to the tools you already use. Each time a respondent submits your form, FoxForm sends the response data to the configured destination in real time.

## How to Access the Connect Section

1. Open any form in the editor.
2. Click the **Connect** tab at the top of the form editor.
3. You will see all available integrations and their current status.

## Available Integrations in V1

### Webhooks (available now)

Webhooks let you send form response data to any URL via an HTTP POST request. This is a developer-friendly integration that works with tools like n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier webhooks, or your own backend.

**How to set up a Webhook:**

1. Go to your form and click the **Connect** tab.
2. On the **Webhooks** card, click **Connect**.
3. In the **Add a webhook** dialog, enter the **Endpoint URL** — this is the URL that will receive the data.
4. Click **Save webhook**.
5. FoxForm will now send a POST request to that URL every time a response is submitted.

**Checking the status of your Webhook:**

- After saving, the Webhooks card will show a green **Connected** indicator.
- If the status shows as disconnected or you stop receiving data, verify that the endpoint URL is correct and accessible.

### Coming Soon

The following integrations are currently under development:

- **Slack** — Notify your team channels instantly when a new response arrives.
- **Google Sheets** — Automatically add new form entries as rows in a spreadsheet.
- **Zapier** — Connect with 5,000+ apps to automate advanced workflows.

You can click **Notify me** on any coming soon card to be informed when it becomes available.

## Usage Examples

- **Lead capture to CRM**: Send form responses via webhook to a CRM like HubSpot or Pipedrive using an automation tool (e.g., n8n or Make).
- **Internal notifications**: Forward responses to a Slack channel via webhook until native Slack integration is available.
- **Database storage**: Post responses directly to your own API endpoint for custom storage and processing.
- **Email automation**: Trigger an email sequence in your email marketing tool by passing the respondent's data through a webhook.
