Managing Your Workspace and Members
Your workspace in FoxForm is the environment that contains all your forms, settings, and team configuration. This article explains how to manage your workspace and invite collaborators.
What is a Workspace?
A workspace is the top-level container for your FoxForm account. It holds all your forms, stores your organization details, and (in upcoming versions) will allow you to invite and manage team members. Every account has one workspace by default.
Organization Settings
To edit your workspace name, logo, and billing address:
- Go to Settings (left sidebar).
- Click Profile & Org.
- Scroll to the Organization Details section.
- Click Edit to modify:
- Organization Name — your company or workspace name
- Organization Logo — upload a logo (recommended 512x512px)
- VAT Number / Tax ID and billing address (for invoices)
Team Members
Team member management is listed under Settings → Team Members, but this feature is currently marked as Soon and is not yet available.
When it becomes available, you will be able to:
- Invite members by email
- Assign roles (Owner, Admin, Member) with different permission levels
- Remove members from the workspace
Personal Profile Settings
To update your personal information (name, profile picture, phone number):
- Go to Settings → Profile & Org.
- The Personal Information section shows your name, email, and phone.
- Click Edit to update your name, upload a new profile picture (JPG, GIF, or PNG, max 800KB), or add a phone number.
Note: Your email address cannot be changed after account creation.
What's Coming
Full team management with roles and permissions is coming soon. You'll be able to set who can view forms, edit content, and manage billing within your workspace.
