Activating a Service

  1. Find the service you want to activate
  2. Click the toggle switch to enable
  3. Service activates immediately
  4. Access service from main navigation menu

Note: Some services may require initial configuration after activation.

Deactivating a Service

  1. Find the service you want to deactivate
  2. Click the toggle switch to disable
  3. Confirm deactivation

Warning:

  • Deactivating a service stops all associated resources
  • Existing resources (CDN, DNS zones, buckets) will be paused
  • You won't be charged while service is inactive
  • Reactivating restores previous configuration

Service Status

Active (Green):

Service is running and accessible. Resources can be created and managed.

Inactive (Gray):

Service is disabled. No charges incurred. Resources are paused but not deleted.

Billing Impact

  • Active services: Charged based on usage
  • Inactive services: No charges
  • Deactivating a service stops billing immediately
  • Reactivating resumes normal billing

Pay-As-You-Go Model

All MamuteCloud services operate on a Pay-As-You-Go model:

  • You can activate any service at no upfront cost
  • You are only charged based on actual usage
  • Keeping a service active does not generate charges by itself
  • Billing is generated daily according to your consumption

Best Practices

  • Only activate services you need to minimize complexity
  • Deactivate unused services to prevent accidental charges
  • Review active services monthly
  • Keep critical services (like DNS) always active if in use
