Viewing and Managing Responses

Every response submitted through your form is stored and accessible in FoxForm's responses panel.


Accessing Responses


There are two ways to open the responses panel for a form:


  • From the Forms list, click the menu (three-dot icon) next to the form and select View responses.
  • From the form builder, click the Results tab at the top, then click View Responses.


The Responses List View


The responses panel shows a spreadsheet-style table with:

  • Submitted — the date and time of each submission
  • One column per question — showing the respondent's answer inline
  • A Search responses... bar at the top to filter by keyword
  • An Export CSV button (top-right) to download all responses as a spreadsheet


The table is sorted by submission date, newest first. Each row represents one complete response. The form name and total response count appear at the top (e.g., "22 responses").


Viewing an Individual Response


Click on any row in the responses table to open the full detail view for that submission, with each question and its corresponding answer listed in order.


From the responses page header, you can also:

  • Click Edit Form to return to the builder
  • Click Copy Link to copy the public form URL
  • Click View Form to open the live form in a new tab


Exporting Responses


Click the Export CSV button (top-right of the responses page) to download all responses as a .csv file. This file can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.
