The Billing section of MamuteCloud allows you to control your account credit, review service charges, enable auto-recharge, and manage invoices. This article explains how each area works and how charges are calculated.

1. Account Balance

Your Account Balance shows available credits for all MamuteCloud services. The balance is displayed in the top-right corner of the dashboard and updates in real-time as services are used.

MamuteCloud services are prepaid. This means all usage draws from your balance in real time.

⚠ If your account balance goes below 0, services may be suspended to prevent unexpected charges. Add credits promptly to restore service.

To prevent downtime, keep your balance positive or enable auto-recharge.

2. Adding Credits (Top-up)

Click the "Top-up" button to add credits to your account:

Enter the amount you want to add
Choose your payment method
Complete the transaction

3. Auto-Recharge

Auto-recharge allows your account to refill credits automatically whenever your balance becomes low. Enabling it also earns you a +$5 bonus credit.

How Auto-Recharge Works

Auto-Recharge follows a simple rule: When balance is equal to or below X → MamuteCloud automatically recharges Y.

Example: When your balance reaches $10 or less, the system automatically adds $15 to your account using your saved payment method.

How to Enable

Go to Account Settings > Billing 2.

What is FoxForm?

FoxForm is an intelligent form builder that lets you create beautiful, conversational forms — similar to Typeform. Instead of showing all questions at once, FoxForm presents them one at a time, making the experience feel natural and keeping respondents engaged.

Use FoxForm to build lead capture forms, surveys, quizzes, registration flows, and more — all without writing a single line of code.

Creating Your Account and Accessing Your Workspace

To get started, go to dashboard.foxform.app and sign up for a free account. Once you confirm your email, you'll land directly in your workspace — the central hub where all your forms live.

The sidebar on the left gives you access to:

Forms — your list of forms
Settings — account, organization, and billing preferences

Creating Your First Form

Follow these steps to build your first form:

From the Forms page, click + Create form in the top-right corner.
A new form will open in the builder, showing a left panel called Screens and a live Preview in the center.
Your form starts with a default Welcome screen. Click on it in the left panel to edit the title, description, and button text.
Click + Add screen at the bottom of the left panel to add questions.

Viewing and Managing Responses

Every response submitted through your form is stored and accessible in FoxForm's responses panel.

Accessing Responses

There are two ways to open the responses panel for a form:

From the Forms list, click the menu (three-dot icon) next to the form and select View responses.
From the form builder, click the Results tab at the top, then click View Responses.

The Responses List View

The responses panel shows a spreadsheet-style table with:

Submitted — the date and time of each submission
One column per question — showing the respondent's answer inline
A Search responses… bar at the top to filter by keyword
An Export CSV button (top-right) to download all responses as a spreadsheet

The table is sorted by submission date, newest first. Each row represents one complete response. The form name and total response count appear at the top (e.g., "22 responses").

Viewing an Individual Response

Click on any row in the responses table to open the full detail view for that submission, with each question and its corresponding answer listed in order.

From the responses page header, you can also:

Click Edit Form to return to the builder
Click Copy Link to copy the public form URL
Click View Form to open the live form in a new tab

Exporting Responses

Click the Export CSV button (top-right of the responses page) to download all responses as a .csv file. This file can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or

Resolving CNAME Conflict Errors

What is this error?

The error "CNAME Already in Use" occurs when you try to add a custom hostname (e.g., app.mysite.com) to your MamuteCloud CDN distribution, but this hostname is already linked to another CloudFront distribution.

Important: AWS CloudFront only allows each hostname to be linked to one distribution at a time. This is a platform limitation, not a MamuteCloud restriction.

Why does this happen?

Common scenarios:

Previous CDN setup: You used this domain with another CDN provider or AWS account
Migration incomplete: You're migrating from another service but didn't remove the old configuration
Testing/staging: The domain was used in a test environment and wasn't cleaned up
Duplicate configuration: The hostname exists in multiple distributions (yours or someone else's)

How to resolve

Step 1: Access AWS CloudFront Console

Log into your AWS account at console.aws.amazon.com/cloudfront
Make sure you're in the correct AWS region

Don't have access? If this hostname was configured by a previous provider or team member, you may need to contact them for access.

Step 2: Find the distribution using your hostname

In the CloudFront console, click on each distribution
Look for your hostname (app.mysite.com) in the "Alternate Domain Names (CNAMEs)" section
Note the Distribution ID where it appears

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your MamuteCloud account. When 2FA is enabled, every login will require not only your password, but also a 6-digit verification code generated by an authentication app or sent via SMS.

Why enable 2FA?

Protects your account from unauthorized access
Adds a second verification step even if your password is compromised
Strongly recommended for all team members with admin permissions
Earn +$5 bonus credit for enabling 2FA on your account

1. Enabling 2FA Using an Authenticator App

MamuteCloud supports apps such as Google Authenticator, Authy, and others.

Steps:

Go to Account Settings > Password & Security.
In the Authenticator App section, click Setup.
Download an authenticator app on your phone.
Scan the QR code in the modal using your app. If you cannot scan, click "Can't scan right now?" to copy the setup key manually.
Your app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter this code in the field below the QR code.
Click Verify & Enable.

Once completed, the status will show Active, and you will see the option to Remove if needed.
