Common issues with the Crisp integration
Solutions for the most frequent messages and situations when connecting or using the Crisp integration with BatZap.
If the problem persists, contact BatZap support with the Website ID shown on the integration page (Integrations → Crisp).
During connection
"No active organization"
The browser doesn't have an active BatZap session.
Solution: sign in to the BatZap dashboard in this browser and re-open the plugin from inside Crisp.
"Missing connection details"
The link you opened didn't come from the Crisp plugin, so URL parameters are missing.
Solution: re-open the BatZap plugin from your Crisp Marketplace, without editing the URL.
"No inboxes found in this Crisp workspace"
Your Crisp workspace has no inbox.
Solution: create an inbox in Crisp under Settings → Inboxes and click "Try again".
"Couldn't connect Crisp"
A temporary failure during linking.
Solution: click "Try again". If it persists, contact support.
During use
WhatsApp messages don't show up in Crisp
The WhatsApp instance is likely disconnected in BatZap.
Solution: check in the BatZap dashboard that WhatsApp is connected (active QR Code).
Operator reply doesn't reach WhatsApp
WhatsApp is disconnected, or the conversation was created only in Crisp (with no linked WhatsApp contact).
Solution: reconnect WhatsApp in the BatZap dashboard and reply only in conversations mirrored from WhatsApp.
Old history didn't show up in Crisp
The initial sync only covers conversations from the last 7 days (most recent contacts).
Solution: this is expected behavior. New conversations show up normally from then on.
