Plans, billing, and usage

Manage your subscription, payment methods, usage, and invoices in Settings → Billing.


Your plan


New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. The Standard Plan includes:


  • 1 WhatsApp number
  • 30,000 messages per month
  • Unlimited users


The Billing page shows your current plan, its price, and its billing period, along with the plan status (for example Active, Trial, Past Due, or Canceled).


Usage


Track your usage for the current billing period:


  • Monthly Messages: how many of your included messages you have used.
  • Active Users: how many members are on your team.
  • WhatsApp Numbers: how many numbers you have connected of those included.


⚠️ If you send more messages than your plan includes, the extra messages are billed as overage. The Billing page shows an estimate when this happens.


Payment methods


Add a card with "Add New Card". Saved cards show the brand and last four digits.


You can set a card as default and remove cards you no longer use. The default card cannot be removed until another card is set as default.


Invoices


The Invoice History lists your past invoices with their period, amount, and status. Open any invoice to view its details.
