Getting Started with BatZap

BatZap is a shared WhatsApp inbox for teams. Connect a WhatsApp number and your whole team can receive, reply to, assign, and organize WhatsApp conversations from one place.

This article walks you through the quickest path from sign up to your first reply.

Step 1: create your account

Sign up with your organization name and email, confirm your email with the code we send, and set a password. You can also continue with Google.

Step 2: connect your WhatsApp number

Open Integrations, start a new WhatsApp Business integration, and scan the QR code with your phone (WhatsApp → Linked Devices).

Once connected, your recent conversations sync into the Inbox. See Connecting your WhatsApp number for details.

Step 3: start working the Inbox

Open Inbox to see your conversations. Click any conversation to read the history and reply.

From there you can assign conversations to teammates, set a status, add tags, and take notes. See Using the Inbox and Sending and receiving messages.
